Our hiring process
Generally speaking we do not accept formal job applications. Kipdo scouts for and recruits the best talent from around the world. We believe that this approach allows us to offer our clients the most exceptional and ROI driven experience possible.
What we look for in potential applicants

Employee empowerment
- We equip our staff with powerful computer(s) and hardware accessories in accordance with the the required computing power necessary to be extraordinarily effective at one's job. Time is money and we won't use cheap hardware that slows our staff or client results down.
- All the software relevant to your job function(s) is provided, if we don't have it and it's necessary to provide our client's with superb resutls we'll get it.
- Snacks and beverages are provided, a hungry employee is unproductive and we don't want that.
Open communication
- Our rigourous and thorough training process will teach you what you need to know and then some. However, if you've got questions your supervisor is there to provide you with the answers. Our "open door" policy means that whether it's once or one hundred times we'll tell you what to do and how to do it until you get it right 100%! Accuraccy, efficiency, and achieving superior results means we can't have you sitting around waiting for an anwer to a simple question.
- Talk to us! We listen, respect your opinion, and most of all, we take you seriously! You should never feel intimidated about talking to your supervisor. Our firm's administrative team's job is to do what's best for the company and if you feel that you have discovered something we've overlooked we absolutely want to hear about it! There's no need to contemplate discussing it, knock on the door, take a seat, and we'll chat with you about your questions, concerns, suggestions, or feedback.
What not to do
- Don't call us if you're a freelancer wanting us to outsource you. If you're really good at what you do then we'll find you.
- Don't call us without knowing what we do. That's just unprofessional and immediate turn off. Our website is loaded with useful information and if you're too lazy to read... You're not the kind of person we're looking for. Wasting our time with silly questions answered on our main pages is a sure fire way to not get hired.
